In recent news, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) has begun studying the effectiveness of vehicle headlights to provide needed nighttime illumination.
Problems with 2014 and 2015 GMC Sierra Headlights
While most consumers may have been stunned to learn that many of the vehicles tested by the IIHS had inadequate nighttime lighting to provide safe travel, for the owners of the 2014 and 2015 GMC Sierra, this problem is old news. Sierra consumers have complained for the past two years that they have experienced very troubling safety performance during nighttime driving because of headlight design defects.
If you own a 2014 or 2015 Sierra, you may have a legal right to compensation to have your headlight system replaced. Anapol Weiss is actively seeking consumers who own these vehicles and have trucks equipped with inadequate headlight systems.
