Attempt to Evade Responsibility in Baby Powder Cases
Anapol Weiss filed is seeking preliminary injunction against Johnson & Johnson to prevent them from using the "Texas Two-Step" approach to evade the baby talc powder class action judgments. J&J, one of the wealthiest companies in the world, should be held accountable for paying the judgments ordered by the court. Women developed cancer from their product, ruining their lives. It is unconscionable for J&J to be playing games to avoid responsibility. We will not stand by for this egregious injustice.
Richard Golomb, Of Counsel at Anapol Weiss, filed the motion with the court on June 11. Richard represents more than 1300 women who have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer as a result of their perineal use of talcum powder. To learn more about this litigation, click here.
